Delivery will vary depending on the collection. 

DFM Ready to Wear hats will be sent within 5-7 days unless otherwise stated and “DFM Bespoke” custom hat or headpieces will be delivered within 4-6 weeks in Ireland or the UK.

We ship using An Post registered, National and International delivery.

EUROPE

For shipping to Europe please add five days to these delivery times and see costings when ordering.

REST OF THE WORLD

For shipping to the U.S.A. and the Rest of the World please add two weeks. 

If you require your piece urgently please contact us regarding delivery times, tax and customs.

We recommend that you follow these few simple steps to care for your new hat or headpiece.

• You should always keep your hat or headpiece in the box that you received it in when you are not wearing it.

• If you have purchased a felt hat, we recommend that you keep this on a foam head when not in use. If this is not possible, please keep it in its box and stuff the base with tissue paper to keep the hats shape.

• To clean your felt hat, use a clothes brush in circular motion or in line with the hat’s shape.

• Warning! Most importantly, do not let your hat get wet. It will lose its shape. Please also keep your hat away from direct sunlight.

Returns are accepted on Ready to Wear pieces bought online only if we are notified within 1-2 working days of you receiving your hat or headpiece.

Custom bespoke hats or headpieces cannot be returned.

For bespoke custom orders a deposit will be taken at the time of ordering. 

This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the agreed purchase price of the hat or headpiece.

The price agreed at the time of order is based on the specifications of the client at that time. 

If these specifications change and additional materials, embellishment and/or work are required, the price of the hat or headpiece will increase in accordance with the added materials and time taken on the hat or headpiece.
