Based in Dublin, Deb designs limited-edition collections of handcrafted hats and headpieces for weddings, race meetings, events, and special occasions. 

Every piece is lovingly made in our Dublin studio, using traditional millinery techniques paired with a fearless approach to colour and form.

Our aesthetic is often described as feminine, fun, and enchanting—with a touch of drama. 

We’re celebrated for our eclectic and colourful designs, which allow our clients to express their individuality with confidence.

At Deb Fanning, sustainability is central to how we work. We produce in small quantities, source materials thoughtfully, and focus on quality over quantity—ensuring every creation is  distinctive, considered, and made to last.
